start you off with 200 emails that you can pre-write so that each
of your leads will receive a steady stream of emails, that is, until
they click the link at the bottom of your emails and stop the process.
My
FreeAutobot is not sending out messages - why not ?
This
may be because of two things
a) You have not set up your messages yet.
b) If a prospect is already in your database they will not get a second
series of emails. You will need to delete the prospect to start a
new series of emails. We did this to avoid accidental spamming.
Can
I personalize the messages?
YES! When a visitor to your site makes a request
by filling out a simple form - Name & e-mail Address - FREEAUTOBOT
captures their name. You can then place the name of your new prospect
in the subject line of your FREEAUTOBOT program and/or throughout
the body of each messages. Wherever you want to include your
prospects name all you do is enter

in the "Subject" and "Message" fields in order to customize the messages
sent to your leads. Click the "Update" button to confirm your changes.
What
is the maximum size of each message?
The default size
of each message is 20K (20,000 characters).
Can
I change my FreeAutobot 'from / reply' address?
Yes! You simply need to send us an e-mail and we will
do it for you. Please include your: UserName, Password and the new
address you want it changed to.
Can
I Import and export email address's?
Currently you cannot import address's
but we have a "download all addresses" feature. This can be found
on the pages after you have searched leads
How
do I manage my FREEAUTOBOT?
This is all done via our simple web interface. You can change your
messages as many times as you wish any time 24 hours per day.
What
is the maximum number of messages I can deliver?
UNLIMITED. To start with you have 20 messages. If you use all these
and you want more just send us an e-mail (use the 20 before requesting
more).
How
many prospects can receive my FREEAUTOBOT messages?
UNLIMITED. Everyone who becomes a prospect will automatically
be receive mail from your FREEAUTOBOT program.
How
can prospects be removed from my FREEAUTOBOT?
There is a link that is automatically placed at the bottom of your
e-mail. If your prospect is no longer interested in your offer they
can just click on the link to be removed.
You
can also remove prospects manually from your FreeAutobot Control Panel.
How
long does it take to get set-up after joining?
INSTANTLY. As soon as you press the Join button your account will
be live.
How
much does FREEAUTOBOT cost?
NO MONEY, $0.00.

has access to the Internet can join and receive your emails..
Why
do I get lots of failed and returned emails?
If you have added an incorrect email address or a lead adds an incorrect
email address we will return the email to you so you know this is
a bad address. It is important that you delete all returned email
addresses from your database otherwise you will receive this returned
email each time it is sent a follow-up email.
